chocolate cupcakes with salted caramel buttercream and caramel drizzle. 
i am in cupcake heaven. seriously. why have i never done this before?! 
Ingredients1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup coffee
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Whisk dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix milk and coffee in a pyrex measuring cup. Cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl, Add eggs one at a time and continue beating. Add a little bit of dry ingredients,  then add wet ingredients, continue beating and alternating wet/dry until all ingredients are fully incorportated. Line cupcake pan. Divide and spoon batter evenly into each cupcake liner. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before frosting.
